Jim provides leadership and strategic direction to our clients in the design, development, execution, and analysis of data-driven marketing strategies that drive our clients’ businesses. With 20+ years of professional experience, Jim has distinguished himself as an expert in marketing strategy, consumer database marketing with extensive work in customer relationship management (CRM), direct marketing and sales lead generation systems. He has provided CRM consulting, design, implementation, and ROI analyses across industries including consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, entertainment, technology, and telecommunications. Jim’s client experience include Frito-Lay, Procter & Gamble, Ross Labs, Nestle, Bayer, Heinz, Pizza Hut, Dannon USA, Dr Pepper/7Up, BlueCross BlueShield, Lucent, Hewlett-Packard, University of Phoenix, Wal-Mart, and Target, as well as clients in the European Union, Latin and South America, and Asia.
Jim has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Lamar University, and a M.B.A. in International Management from University of Dallas. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Sue, and their son, Barrett.
